Our hotel concierge recommended Jovie. I appreciated knowing that all of their employees have completed background checks and are CPR certified. I received information on our sitter (Bianca) almost 2 weeks in advance. Several days before our trip Bianca contacted me by phone to go over my son's schedule, which I greatly appreciated. On the actual day of the event Bianca was on time, and was very friendly and professional. She immediately connected with my son and put me at ease. I definitely appreciated getting updates throughout the evening with regards to meals, playtime, and bedtime.
